60 min Heated Yoga Flow class is in a heated room up to 90 degrees to allow the body to relax, improve breathing, and focus the mind. All levels welcome - including beginners.
This Vinyasa style class incorporates sun salutations with power yoga poses to connect movement with the flow of our breath. Your body will awaken and the ability to heal is enhanced with stretching, strengthening and breathing techniques. The increase of your core body heat and the energy you create will increase blood flow while moving lymph from stagnant areas of the body. This will allow for more stretch & mobility as your muscles and joints can move through more range.
Be prepared to sweat out toxins, purify your body and leave feeling energized, renewed and ready to conquer your weekend! Appropriate for all levels including beginners, props and modifications will be provided as necessary.
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring towel, water, Yoga mat & any props needed (available @TW). Hydration Highly Advised!
